GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS of SALE
1.1 The general terms and conditions are applicable to all agreements made between STUC & MOSAIC and the customer, with regard to online orders.
1.2 STUC & MOSAIC reserves the right to amend the general terms and conditions, as well as the contents of its website, at all times.
1.3 By placing an order, the customer declares, without any reservations, to be in agreement with the general terms and conditions of delivery.
1.4 Photos of the articles that are for sale, are taken with great care through the online web shop. The photos only serve illustrative purposes and no rights can be derived from them.
2 Prices and Special Offers
2.1 The articles for sale on our web shop are offered in Euro. The listed prices already include VAT. Shipping fees apply as indicated during the order checkout.
2.2 STUC & MOSAIC is not liable for the consequences related to misprints, typing errors and / or programming or program errors in its website. No rights can be derived from incorrect price information.
2.3 Special offers are only valid for as long as stocks last and for the indicated period.
3.1 Payment is only accepted by means of the payment methods offered on the website.
3.2 Order payments are always done in full and in advance. Orders will only be dispatched after receipt of full payment.
3.3 Orders will be cancelled if full payment is not received within 3 days of placing the order.
4 Shipping fees
4.1 Shipping fees are automatically calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the package for France, Monaco, Andorre, Switzerland and Europe. The automatic calculation limit is for 10 Kg. A quotation will be necessary for packages over 10 Kg or for other destinations.
The shipping fees charged to the client correspond to the Post office shipping fees (lettre suivi or colissimo). ). For larger packages, we may select another shipping company if they are less expensive than the Post office.
4.2 Shipping fees pertaining to returns / exchanges are charged to the customer.
5.1 No complaint can be made about small ‘imperfections or differences’ in the size and colours of the mini tiles compared to samples or photos of the product.
5.2 STUC & MOSAIC aims to ship orders immediately after receipt of payment (according to the available stock). Delivery time is guaranteed by Colissimo Post for 2 business days for France, Monaco and Andorra, 3 to 8 working days for the other destinations.
5.3 STUC & MOSAIC will do everything in its power to ship accepted orders as soon as possible. Customers will be informed, should a delivery be severely delayed – as a result of the item being temporarily out of stock, or for any other reason – or if an order cannot be completed in full, or not at all. In such a case, the customer is entitled to cancel the order within 24 hours, in writing.
5.4 STUC & MOSAIC is not liable as a result of a delivery at the incorrect residential address, as provided by the customer.
6.1 Cancellation is not possible, unless done within 24 hours after placing the order, and on condition that the order has not yet been shipped. Cancellation can only be done by email.
6.2 A fee of € 10.00 will be charged to the customer as an administrative charge for the cancellation of a paid order, or in the event that an article is removed from an order. Orders that have not been paid may be cancelled, free of charge, within 24 hours.
7 Exchanges and Returns
7.1 An article may be exchanged or returned (at our discretion) if you are not satisfied with it.
7.2 The customer is responsible for the shipping charges and return shipment.
7.3 The following terms and conditions apply to any returns and / or exchanges:
a) After receipt of your order you will have 14 days in which the article may be exchanged or returned. After this period, the sale is final and exchanges or refunds are not possible.
b) Merchandise should be returned in its original state, in other words, unused and in its original packaging.
c) You should include a letter in your return shipment, stating your information and the order number
d) Inadequate or unstamped return shipments will not be accepted by us, regardless of the reason for the return.
f) In the event of an article exchange, the shipping fee, for re-shipping the article, will be paid to STUC & MOSAIC in advance.
g) In the event of a return (of the purchase of 1 or more articles), the amount to be refunded for the return will be paid to the client (excl. shipping fees and administrative charges) within 30 days.
8.1 If an article is temporarily out of stock or has been sold out, the client will be notified and in this case, the customer may cancel the order, free of charge. STUC & MOSAIC will take care of the refund.
